By accessing or using Tufily ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tufily provides a collection of online tools for various purposes including text manipulation, image editing, content creation, and more. All tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. No Data Collection

Tufily does not collect, store, or process any personal information or user data. All processing of your data occurs directly in your browser. For tools that utilize the Google Gemini API, your inputs are sent directly to Google's servers for processing, but we do not store copies of your inputs or the outputs generated.

4. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress to other users, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tufily and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Tufily. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Tufily shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

7. Google Gemini API

Some of our tools utilize the Google Gemini API. Your use of these tools is also subject to Google's terms of service and privacy policy.

8. Advertisements

Tufily displays advertisements through Google AdSense. These advertisements are subject to Google's advertising policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tufily, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
